These twins (Adam and Eve) came to a clinic held by our NP midwife way up in the mountains. They are estimated at around 11 months old and only weigh about 8lbs each. Their motor, social, language, physical development had been clearly stalled from malnutrition. They were hospitalized here for over a month and received lots of great food (including a very nutritional Moringa powder - more to come on that one!) and social development/therapy. They gained weight and many new motor skills while here. They've been blogged about by the other missionaries who volunteered to do daily therapy with the twins.
