Wet Nurse

So I guess I'm a nurse after all.  Well, make that a wet nurse.  A woman came to the ER tonight with her 10 day old infant.  She has an infection and her baby is 2.2 pounds and born at 30 weeks.  How this baby has survived 10 days outside of an incubator in a 3rd world country is beyond me!  She is so amazingly small!  Her mom is ill and having a hard time producing breast milk and this baby is so fragile and in desperate need of nourishment which is where I come in.  I will be pumping extra to give to this little girl in hopes that this will help her survive.
Of course we know that God is in control and has a plan.  Please be praying for her health, that she will gain weight and avoid infection.  Please also pray for her mom that she will recover from her infection and begin to produce enough breast milk on her own soon.  If there is anything this tiny little infant needs, it's you guys, showering her with your powerful prayers!
